We are a green-friendly private label design and production company specializing in handbags, accessories, and other items.
We are looking for an intern to assist with the design, development and marketing of our products. We are a young company who is looking for someone who wants to participate, contribute, enhance their work experience, learn and have fun.
If you are an enthusiastic, self-motivated and a smart person with common sense, strong work ethic and available for immediate hire, we would like to speak with you.
This is a non-paid intern opportunity with a travel and lunch stipend; however college credit can be applied where permitted.
QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
· excellent flat sketching by hand and computer
· create tech packs for overseas production
· photograph and edit images
· develop online newsletter using Constant Contact
· navigate Facebook, Twitter and Social Media
· previous similar work experience
· able to work independently and collaboratively
· strong organizational skills, eye for detail
· Hours: two-three days per week, 6-8 hours per day for a 3 month commitment
